After creating a new category, you must

• create a new category topic:
  1. go to Categories
  2. there, click on the undefined categories links to create it
  3. fill the topic with:

• create a new category feed:
  1. go to WebHome
  2. there, click on the undefined categories feed links to create it
  3. fill the topic with (complete the 2 parameters):

Also, do not forget to rename or delete the categories topics when renaming / deleting categories
