Installation of my version of the TagMePlugin, with style=blog. Additional customisations:

• Tags are shown via the TOPBARLINKS var in TWikiPreferences. A special version on the home page to just a link to the tag cloud. An "admin handle" " " opens the tag edit windows, reserved for the authors (ite mine, mine, only mine! oops sorry :-)
• it calls simplified tag cloud & search in Home, TagsCloud & TagsSearch
