Mougins Skin Style

This topic holds the web components of the "Mougins" Foswiki custom skin, as files in its attachment directory:

mougins.css, with an ID added on each deployment and set into USERSTYLEURL var
it is also forced into pub/System/TinyMCEPlugin/wysiwyg.css to be also applied while editing.
